The Estate was rented out after 1901 

1981 The Secretary of Sate for Wales owned property and in

1985 Maindiff Court Bungalow was sold to Robert John Chappell and Ethel Christine Chappell, 

 becoming first registered as a property on 16th January 1986.

23.9.1991 Peter Martin Fox and Melanie Fox puchased the property

1998 the property was extended 

2000 Owned by the Chesham Building Society

2001 April -- Purchased by Keith Anthony White and Ms Christine Ann Bayliss (nee Bradley)
