The Church, with the exception of the West Tower,.was rebuild in 1879 at a cost to Crawshay Bailey.II of £2000. The Rev. James Farquhar J.P. was to have consecrated the building, butdied before he was able to. His widow had a house built for her by Crawshay Bailey
Stone reredoes, complete with the Apostles Creed, Lord’s Prayer and the Ten Commandments. Chandlier in Chancel, triple branch brass candelabra, pulpit and font in matching pink marble legs, encaustic tiles, pine pews ( The old font and other pieces are in the yard.)
The east Window of Chancel (Crucifixion) was erected by
Crawshay Bailey II daughters in memory of their father.
